Geez it's been a while since I've done serious swimming. I went swimming with my son yesterday and last Friday, but didn't bother to blog it. I'm working on toning up my stomach muscles. I've got a little game I play while I soak in the shallow water while my son wades around. I sit on the bottom of the pool with my feet rising just above the water, toss a little rubber ball so it hits my toes and rebounds back. Good to tone stomach muscles, good to avoid boredom.

HOWDY NEIGHBOR

Went swimming with Emil and the neighbors from across the street were at the pool as well. Fun time, followed by our nutritious tradition of drive-through McDonalds.

HOT HOT HOT

Fun time in the pool with my son. Spent a little too much time in the sauna afterwords. His skin was as a red as a lobster, so red that I was frightened that he had gotten a first degree burn.

Been a while since I've been swimming, so I took it pretty easy. Felt the muscles tightening up between my shoulder blades and decided to get out of the pool before I ended up overdoing things. Nice long sauna.
