Yesterday I went to an aerobics class with a colleague (step and strength) so I was a little wary about how my swim would go today. My legs were only a litte sore when I got up this morning (thanks to some good ol' NSAID and leg elevation), but after a full day of work, they were hurting before my swim.

Decided it would be best to use the muscles, so I went off to my swim, and luckily it went just fine.

I ended the swim by swimming underwater the length of the pool in one breath 4 times in a row. As I had remembered to bring a bottle of water with me to training, the most difficult part of the exercise was to not pee my pants at the end of each lap. (I know, ewwwww!) Luckily I succeded.
Been out for a while due to scheduling and back troubles. Went swimming with my 10-year old son once during X-mas vacation, but otherwise nothing.

Good to be back in the water.
