It's been *forever* since I've been in the pool. Glad to finally have decided that I'll swim on Wednesday evenings. Without a scheduled time, I find it impossible to find the time to swim, as my time is sucked up by all of my other responsibilities.
Swam early, around 5:30 pm and the pool had pretty heavy traffic - at least 4 people in every lane. I'll try swimming closer to closing time and see if that helps.
I treated myself to a new pair of goggles, and it was a nice treat. Just plain silicon goggles, but after the scandalous SEAL goggles it's great to have regular ones that don't leak.
A decent swim, but I could definitely feel in my shoulders that it has been awhile, so I limited myself to 500m.
Actually remembered the skin lotion this time.
