GOODBYE SUMMERTIME

Had a nice Sunday morning swim just as the pool opened. There was a line to get in, but luckily I had prepurchased my tickets and could just breeze through the locker room, being the first to shower and get into the water.
Had a lane to myself for the first 250 meters and then was joined by my neighbor who I used to swim in a club with. He got out to be with his kids (he didn't realize it was me), and then another woman joined the lane - great swimmer faster than me. Than my neighbor's wife (who's also my neighbor) joined the lane as well (without noticing it was me).
I talked to my neighbors afterwards in the kiddy pool and they had a bit of a laugh about us all choosing the same lane.
Good swim - nice to be back in the water.
