Time: 22 minutes
I swam about 400 m in the elliptical bassin before swimming around in circles annoyed me. So I hoped into the square bassin in the middle so that I could swim real lanes and do flip turns.
Afterwords sauna, steam bath, cold water plunge and a mud bath and facial mask.
Very nice experience.
