2x100: Crawl (hip-armpit) down (tempo) back
100: Backstroke
100: Breast
100: Crawl

Went swimming early this morning, arrived at the pool at 7:15 am. Just as I was about to shower, I couldn't find my swimsuit. Clothes back on, drove home to pick it up. It wasn't on the hook where I thought I had left it. Took another swimsuit with me and drove back to the pool. Suddenly I saw my swimsuit on the dressing room floor - strange.

Good swim, but I got tired fairly fast. Lesson of the day, don't swim on an empty stomach.

SUMMER VACATION

The whole family has summer vacation. We'll be travelling around, so I don't think I'll be swimming too frequently.

Playing around with my son and husband. My son rode on my back as I swam underwater. He then called me a Sea Cow.
