Program:
400: Warm-up
4 x 75: Rolling Medley
2x100: Crawl (hip-armpit) down (tempo) back
100: Backstroke
100: Breast
100: Crawl

1200 M (30 minutes)
Went swimming early this morning, arrived at the pool at 7:15 am. Just as I was about to shower, I couldn't find my swimsuit. Clothes back on, drove home to pick it up. It wasn't on the hook where I thought I had left it. Took another swimsuit with me and drove back to the pool. Suddenly I saw my swimsuit on the dressing room floor - strange.
Good swim, but I got tired fairly fast. Lesson of the day, don't swim on an empty stomach.
