Program:
200: Warm-up
4x25: hip-armpit
4x25: S-stroke
4x25: catch up
6x25: Tarzan
2x50: relax down, catch up back
4x50: 12½ relax, 12½ max, 25 relax
2x100: tempo start 4:00
6x50: tempo
50 relax
4x50: kick, stroke ever 6th kick
4x25: sprint
50: Cool down

I'm considering joining the above triathalon club, so perhaps
I'll be soon opening the blogs runnrgrrl and bykrgrrl.
Actual I'm really in doubt if this is the right club for me.
They have excellent training times at the pool,
the price is right, and they have a really nice social
atmosphere.
However these are serious athletes, and I am swmmrgrrl!
I just enjoy swimming and holding myself in good form,
my racing days are in the distant past.
My problem is that I just get swept along into the general mood,
and stop listening to my body's signals. Swimming fast is fun.
Swimming faster than really athletic guys is even more fun!
