200: Warm-up
6x50: (Build, Easy25/Max25, Breath 3, 5, 7) - Pause 10 sec.
200: Backstroke - Tempo Pause -20 sec.
200: Breast - Tempo - Pause 20 sec.
50: Relaxed
2x100: Crawl - Pause 20 sec.
6x50: Kick - All sides - Start 1:00

Mette Jacobsen was swimming in the lane next to me. It's so motivating to have a legend in the pool. When it says max on the program, I swim max. I don't take longer pauses, and I just try to swim nice and fast, and I did. It made me so happy when we swam one lane at the same tempo - she was obviously relaxing, but it was nice to look over and see such swimming perfection, such elegance.
