Too Nice Too Easy

With all the excitement instant messenger has created between my dad and my brother, I only had time for a 20min swim this morning. The Y was almost empty - I had the luxury of an entire double wide lane all to myself. Tomorrow I hope to get back into some serious training. Madison hosted an ironman triathalon two weeks ago and after seeing those athletes I am inspired to swim faster farther better!!!!

Swimming season started yesterday for my son and I. His first swimming lesson went really well, and I'm very proud of him. I've been having some shoulder problems, so I decided to take a nice slow start. Luckily it went well.
