I was really in doubt as to whether I should go swimming or not this evening. I was pretty tired from gardening and just tired in general. I decided to just swim a kilometer nice and easy and see if I could do it all in crawl without stopping. I could and I was glad that I decided to swim after all.
I went right as the pool was closing, and I was the last one in the pool. So nice. When I finished my swim, I decided to tease the lifeguards who were walking around finishing up all of the small tasks needed to close the pool. I swam underwater across the lanes right by the edge of the pool to get to the ladder on the other side rather than jumping out at the end of the pool. Suddenly I was silent and invisible. When I surfaced from the water, I could see that one of the lifeguards had walked over to see where I was.
Anyway that's about the extent of my swimming pool humor repertoire.
