The first 500 went really well, so I decided to swim a bit more. Although I could certainly have swum even more, I decided to stop at 700m. My cardiovascular fitness has really improved. I think it is due to my commute to work that besides the train ride has a 7 minute bike ride plus an 18 minute brisk walk each way.
Remembered the moisturizer today! :-)
