100M: 4 x 25 back kick
100M: 4 x 25 back kick with flippers
100M: 4 x 25 back fly with flippers
100M crawl
100M breast
100M: 4 x 25 crawl kick
100M: 4 x 25 breast kick
100M crawl
100M breast
200M:(100 Free, 50 back, 50 breast)

1600 meters (approx. 55 minutes)
Good swim and nice to be taking a break from so much crawl. I'm realizing I'll be able to swim more meters if I start doing new programs instead of the same basic program I've been doing for the past 5 years. Only 5 swimmers in the pool tonight which was totally sweet. I might be the fattest in the pool, but I'm the fastest! :-)
